It was exceptional. From the kind nurse that introduced me to the unit at my drs office to the very nice gentleman that walked me through the process of receiving the device. I cannot believe how incredible their team was from beginning to end. And how simple the process was. It’s on its way to my home now and I cannot wait to use it. Thank you!

Libby was great with her demonstration and follow up. However, I forgot that I was going to be called so I did not answer the call. When it comes to me , my phone labels it potential spam and doesn’t reflect the number. Of the caller. I told that to Libby just before the holiday weekend. I do want to have the unit. Can the paperwork be done and faxed or mailed? Or have me call you?

They were very helpful in explaining everything so that you understood how things work.They also allowed you to call any time you did understand the billing and worked with you to find the perfect payment plan that was best for your budget! Each time I had to call I received wonderful and pleasant customer service,even when I was just order more medical supplies.I never ever had a bad experience with any customer service,they were very caring and understanding!! So thank you for the wonderful service you gave to me!!!
