Haven’t used yet but took several months to get. I had to constantly call and once talked to proper person everything went well

I received a call about a tens unit. The lady I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable about the product and said she would get it out to me as soon as possible. Now I'm waiting. Can't wait to get it to see if helps with my pain.

Once the equipment was approved by the insurance the delivery of the equipment was swift! I took it with me to physical therapy today and my therapist instructed me on the use of it and the frequency of it. The device is easy to use.

Greatest service, but the he unit was not very dependable. Wires broke easily but replacements were granted without a problem.
