Easy process so far. I do feel that insurance approval should be done before shipping out the equipment.

Just great. As a matter of fact, you all are right on top of getting supplies to me. I probably don’t use the machine as much as I should/could so I’m actually building up a surplus of batteries and pads. Not by sure if there’s a way to reduce what you’re sending me
