It was a pleasant experience and the representative was very professional and seeing how old the account was she swiftly voided it out and i am very grateful. I forgot the young ladies name it was a lovely name and it started with a V and it was not a common name.

Everytime I have talked to anyone at Zynex, they have always been very nice and extremely professional. They young lady I talked with explained everything that needed needed to be done. I appreciate that.

Very professional and explained how the devise will work as far as insurance possibly paying or not paying. They contacted me within a day of my doctors appointment.
