The representative that l talked to was very helpful with my situation and she would look into the matter. In fact all of your staff has been very helpful whenever l have called and assisted me with whatever help l need. Your company l would recommend to family and friends for their need of a tens unit.

When I called them back after I missed the initial phone call, the process was very easy and they answered all my questions. Very easy to work with no hassle. Great experience

I was told to expect a phone call concerning my needed medical device but, never received one. This went on for a month, I asked several times at therapy and they kept telling me their supplier said everything was a go, that he had some paperwork to finalize. I was finally contacted by my Physical Therapy group and given a number to call. The gentleman that answered when I called was very nice and courteous. I am waiting to receive a call that my unit has been shipped.
