Overall, Zynex did a pretty good job. However, it would be nice if internal communication was much better. I don't know how many times I received calls on my account when I had already spoken with more than one representative to resolve the matter at hand. Also, I set up automatic payments and there seemed to always be an issue with Zynex regarding that.

The representatives at Zynex are always professional. The supplies that I needed were ordered by telephone and arrived within 3 days.
