First, thanks for sending the survey through text! This is so much easier to get in touch with you. I appreciate everything you have done by sending me the stim machine. After Having the ACL surgery I have been having bad spasms and its taking time to regain my muscle tone again. However, I did have to say that the stim machine is helping me with the spasming. I’ll do the machine right before I go to bed - this way I can actually sleep at night without the spasm. If I skip a night the spasms happen. I can’t thank you enough ... read more

This buiness is OUTSTANDING!!!!! The customer service will blow your mind with how efficient they are with EVERY SINGLE DETAIL, they literally took care of everything for me by the time I even knew my doctor had sent them my prescription. Exceptional service. Once my physical therapist prescribed the device, to me having it to use only took a week. The device is easy to use and works wonderfully.

Very polite and helpful the guy even took a little extra time to listen to my story about the first time I used their tens unit and how good it made my shoulder feel after being in a sling for two months stuck in the same position it hurt just to move it a little bit making it hard to sleep but after Nicole my therapist put the pads around my shoulder I was ready to hit the hay literally I started nodding out right there in my chair my story was a little longer telling it to the young man on the phone .
