Let’s start off from first day: so I had talk to a rep. Explain some things off the product to me and such. After receiving my zynext, evening was there it was delivered undamaged had explanatory instructions and yes, I used it as said and omg it’s wonderful not only can I use it on my back but on my leg too. So THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR THIS LITTLE MACHINE!!
