Zynex Medical is a really great company. Dealing with them and there customer service made my life easier. Because they truly want you to have the medical equipment that you need even if you have to do a payment plan with them. You don’t find many companies that are willing to do that. Everything was explained to me and he made sure I understood. If I had questions later I could call and all their people were able to handle all my questions. I didn’t have to deal with one person. He also told me the cost of the unit if insurance would not pay. This was important to me as it was within what I can pay
