Prompt in contacting me the same day the PT put in the request. First I fit a text so I went online and registered prior to receiving the first call. However a second person called later that day as well so perhaps have the callers check the system to see if that’s happened before they make the calls.

I called with a specific question. He was personable and patient with me. He also informed me that my insurance covered the cost of my TENS unit and I can keep it ! We also addressed a few other issues.Great customer service.
