Zynex medical worked with my insurance company so I didn’t have too especially during a time when I was in a great deal of pain- I’ve been using their tens unit almost a year now with great results- no problems with the unit, and my replacement pads come in each month. Truly satisfied with this company:)

The product arrived promptly but the electrodes are inferior to Zynex electrodes! They do not stick as well.

The folks here are so incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. Their attitude is positive and willing to help. Loved my interactions with the staff. Highly recommend. Oh, and the device is incredible and has brought me much comfort and pain relief.
