The representative was very professional, very helpful, explained things in detail and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I was a bit concerned since machine is being sent without insurance approval. The representative did a wonderful job reassuring me that tens unit can be returned without incurring a charge or I can make arrangements directly with them.
