Information was misleading about Insurance coverage. Find it awkward that payment is taken upfront with no guarantee of insurance coverage. Especially when the device has a no return policy. I’m in the medical field myself & it just seemed very different then what I’m used to. Spent a very long time on the phone to try & understand the system Zynex has in place for ordering devices. Easy as pie. Truly they did all the work all i did was answer a series of easy yes or no questions an they now do all the leg work in getting me the medical device I need.
The lady that I talked with was very informative and helpful and answered all my questions. I’m very pleased that they got in touch with me so soon. Thank you for all your help Sadie
