So far it's been amazing customer service. I hadn't even gotten back home from my Dr appointment before the service rep called me. She said I would get another call on Monday and I did.

The product is very nice - sturdy and high quality, with very easy instructions. Great customer service! Love that I actually got to talk with a REAL person, rather than handling everything on a website. Very nice that replacements are sent on a scheduled basis.

I have been a TENS patient for some time, my lead wires became “positional” I wasn’t getting maximum benefits from my unit.. I contacted Zynex and was helped immediately!!
