Your Rep in Alaska is a very knowledgeable, inspirational and convincing woman. She took the time to make sure I understood the mechanics of the unit, the amount of pain relief I could receive and best of all the means of not having to take opiods for my pain. The demonstration was incredible! In five + minutes of use, I was able to enjoy three days of weekend that I have not had in a very long time. I will be forever thankful to her and your product.

Excellent service, however beware of over billing if you have Tri-Care. Customer service usually ask the right questions in straighten out the invoice. If they don't, I strongly suggest you ask the right questions to avoid receiving additional invoices.

My doctor ordered a Zynex Tens unit to help in my pain management. I recieved it in 3-4 days after he ordered it. I had many questions on how to use it correctly. I called in and talked to a very sweet Representative, who patiently answered all my questions and waited while I took notes. With the help I recieved, I am using the unit and with medication it's relieving my pain and numbness. On my way to healing and feeling my fingers again. Thank you to my doctor and the wonderful people at Zynex.
