Got the NexWave unit and love it. I got a call telling me 3 to 5 days to fet unut on Monday and it arrived Wednesday. Everyone i talked to was very helpful and told me how to use the unit. Any questions i had were answered and the phone call wasnt rushed they spent the time i needed to understand everything about the unit. Love the unit and the company.
