The device prevents swallowing, which makes me drool profusely and keeps me from sleeping. The couple times I "thugged it out" and fell asleep with the device in, I woke up terrified, feeling like I was choking. I have tried to take them up on the return policy, but I'm getting the run around. They respond with canned emails that don't address the question about how to initiate a return.
I am not happy with the Mouthpiece, it's just uncomfortable to me. BUT, my real aggravation is that you make it impossible to get in touch with a person, very poor Customer Service.
No matter how long I wear this thing, I can't swallow saliva, and my jaw doesn't get used to it. I've been instructed to wear it long before bedtime to increase comfortability and reduce saliva production. It never gets anymore comfortable and i still can't swallow due to tongue depression. I end up taking it out and having slobber all over my pillow.
Are the breathe and swallow when using. can keep it in over 10 minutes at the most.

I asked for my “No Questions Asked” refund. Was asked a ton of questions and am still jumping through hoops to try and get this “No Questions Asked” refund
Unfortunately, it did not work for me. I found it painful to wear, and did not improve my sleep or snoring. I gave it 3 weeks, and then moved on.
