“Original/offset” appliance too uncomfortable. Tried for 2 weeks; jaw still hurts and I can’t gauge if it actually works. Will be returning for a refund, but willing to try another zyppah option.
I bought this for my husband to try and he was not a fan of it. He followed the instructions to get used to wearing it but he said it made him drool a lot and hurt his jaw because of it pulling the lower jaw forward so he doesn’t wear it.
Product did not do as claimed. Caused more snoring and woke up multiple times a night choking on saliva because product prevented me from swallowing. Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend.
Hated it and got zero response to my customer service email.
I still haven't heard from anyone regarding my return.

The appliance was way too big for my adult mouth. I tried to return for refund. Didn’t happen.
The mouth guard is so large that it didn't fit in my mouth. Tried to wear it while awake as suggested but it's too large and bulky that my lips would not close and my jaw was in a fully open state waste of my money
I wear a mouthguard already for sleep apnea. I work away from home half the time and thought I would try the Zyppah as a spare, or as one to leave at home where sleep isn’t as crucial. My medical mouthguard is quite expensive so I thought this would be a good alternative. It wasn’t. Firstly, heating it up to mould it to my teeth was a pain.
