Your device was not wide enough for me, so it never fit right. In addition, the tongue strap hurt my tongue after several nights of use. In the end it did not improve my snoring at all. The only good part was making good on the return policy.

My husband ordered this for me. I had a pinched nerve in my neck, after two cortisone shots my neck has shrunk.I also clench my teeth in my sleep and have had to get a crown because of the clenching.
