It’s not big enough for my mouth and the tongue strip seems to be too far back as I keep gagging on it. Tried for a month or better and went back to the adjustable mouth guard. Never made a night without spitting it out in my sleep. Also dry cracked lips to the point of them bleeding within a few nights. I think you have a decent product it’s just not well suited for me.
The ads are a lie
Give the customer what they ordered.. Respond when they email you that you didn't give them the right product.
Zyppah didn’t help my snoring at all.
With all the great reviews, I had high hopes for this product. It did not work for me. The issue is the one size fits all system. The product is too deep and has no option to shorten the guard. For me it hit the back of my mouth and I could not keep it in without gagging. It is also narrow. The customer service suggestions did not work either. I was also disappointed to have to pay shipping both ways when I returned the mouth appliance.
Arrived quickly but tongue band became loose within 2 weeks. I expected better quality for the price.
Device way too thick. Hurts jaw
The answers to my concerns are so basic and uncaring. I expressed that I had movement/shifting in my lower teeth and the response was "discontinue use". I also said said that I did not think i should have to pay for shipping for my returns because of this and that was not even acknowledged. Terrible customer service. I normally don't write online reviews of products but unless someone actually gets back to me about what can be be done about my concerns, I will start with negative reviews.
