I will recommend Hanson to everyone...They do quality work...The roofing guys were very respectful and polite and do quality work...The sales gentleman Kyle was very knowledgeable and Friendly.....Lori kept me informed in a timely manner as to scheduling. HANSON Has a well organized team....Most important of all Hanson uses material that will last a lifetime not the cheap shingles that I originally had on my roof that was constantlyblown away by the wind.Now when I look at my home it looks beautiful...Thank you Hanson..
Beginning with the salesman, Max Kantar, and ending with the installation crew, everthing was completed on a very professional basis. I took advantage of the 0% financing, as I felt I could manage the payments, and felt no pressure to sign with Hansons. Everything was explained to me in a manor that was easy to understand. Max gave me a week to decide what I wanted to do. I liked the product and the salesman . In the end, I'm very happy that I chose Hansons .
My installers were great. I love my door wall. Screen door fell off and it's going to take 22 days to get somebody out there to put it back on. Forget about trying to get in touch with the salesman named Max he don't answer so just call the company if you need service but be prepared it will take a while.
Hanson’s gave me the best value for my money. I was also treated to exceptional customer service. Hanson’s went above and beyond what most companies would do when I was abruptly laid off of work.. My customer service rep “Laurie” was exceptional and showed genuine human empathy and understanding. I had originally planned to pay the balance by March. Job was done professionally with excellent workmanship
This was my second time getting windows from Hanson’s. This time I was looking to add windows that had been boarded up and covered with siding at some point. Max Kantar was very pleasant and a pleasure to speak with. I was worried about the cost and the process of going through the siding to add the windows back in.
