I flew down from Alaska to have Lasik at 20/20 institute in Denver. They were wonderful in working with me on a tight timeline to get everything done and have called to follow up since. I had a great experience with 20/20 institute. I would be lying if I said I wasn't scared, but I was guided easily through the whole process from start to finish. Shannon is a kick-ass consultant! I looked forward to every appointment I had with her. My vision now is incredible, I am so happy I made the decision to go through with Lasik, and with the lifetime plan I know I can live worry free with the ongoing support I'll be getting. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The staff at 20/20 institute was not only attentive, but answered every single question I had, made sure I was preparing properly for the procedure and kept me on point with my follow up appts. Now I understand why they have a 5/5 star rating. I would choose this place and staff over and over again for my procedure and recommend 20/20 to any and everybody considering lasik. This is a team of winners!
My experience was amazing! The staff at 20/20 made me feel so comfortable, they make you feel like part of the family. I put this off for so long because I was so nervous, but now wish I had done this sooner. THANK YOU 20/20!!!
I went in scared outta my mind. I was met with a lovely lady who read be like an open book and talked to me on the @*#&ing chill dude level. That threw me for a loop but I think that's what calmed me. Now I appreciate that. She was very well informed and everything she told me was going to happen happened. I really wish I had gotten her name. I'll find out in my follow up on the 14th. I had -1.25 vision in both eyes. After 15 minutes I was seeing 20/15 In both.
