Very good experiance, I have been trying for years to get eye correction surgery. Thanks to the tech and the skill at 20/20 it was the first time I qualified. Less the 24 hour later I am seeing better than the first time I put on progressive glasses, or multifocale contacts. They have a very nice facility, warm inviting people. They where even reassuring over my apprehension that I wasn’t going to be able to get it done. I look forward to life with out prescription eye ware.
My experience with 20/20 has been nothing short of amazing. From thoroughness of pre-surgery exams through post-op care, the staff and physicians have been great. The results speak for themselves. To go from -3.75 in each eye to 20/15 every day since, with no complications has been amazing. I keep waiting for the common side effects to spoil my experience. No halos, minimal dry eye, no itchy eyeballs. I recommend the team at 20/20 without reservation. My experience has changed my life for the better.
Great customer service from the consultation through the procedure. The staff was very knowledgeable, walked you through every step, and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend 20/20 institute to anyone interested in lasik!
12 years ago I had surgery at the 20/20 Institute. I went for an eye exam today. I still have 20/15 vision! The drs along my journey have been SO impressed when they exam my eyes. Textbook is a frequently used word. Thank you for my life changing surgery! Some of the BEST $$ I’ve ever spent!
I had my LASIK surgery on Friday the 13th. It was a good omen for me. The staff at the Englewood location are top notch, especially Shannon and Dr. Montgomery. I was early for my appointment and I got in right away. Everything went as planned. I returned for my follow up appointment this morning, was early again, and got in right away. Everything looks great. So far... so good.
This place is everything I had hoped to find when searching for my LASIK procedure AND MORE!! Their staff really do know their stuff and make the entire process very comforting. I never once felt at all pressured at all. Pricing was very reasonable and the outcome was WAY better than expected OR promised! Cannot be more pleased with my choice!
The staff is so friendly and helpful. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. It was a great experience!
