I called to confirm shipping on the estimated ship date, 4/19 and was told the ship date had been changed to JUNE 11th, WHAT?!! Extremely rude customer service from managers and employees. Bunch of liars during every single phone call. They say my orders have shipped and a few days later another person says it will ship in 3 weeks then 3 weeks later another person says its on back order for 2.5 months. Frustrating experience. Also my 2 credit cards were mis used by their employees at 2 different times. If they get a credit card info, they use it right away to buy random things like cell phones, games etc for their personal needs. Still always a run a... read more
