I ordered a Seatcraft Black leather three seat venetian. Everything was as expected, however one of the LED's was not working and I emailed 4seating. I figured they would put me in contact with the manufacture. No they went above and beyond and got a new light overnighted to me, very impressive! I can also say the product was packaged very well and arrived quickly. It comes as individual chairs so easy to get it down to your man-cave. I contacted customer service regarding a missing adapter for my chair. Lynn was exceptional and went above and beyond for us. She was pleasant, helpful and very professional. You don't find GREAT customer service very often these days, but you will with this Company. 10++ rating in my book
John Jasso reached out after I had an issue with a couch that was delivered. He quickly diagnosed and recommended a replacement. The couch is great and I really like it, we had a small issue with the leg support when fully reclined. Given it was not something that could be repaired, he offered to have a new couch delivered asap. Thanks for the support!
Angela Allen was so knowledgeable about the product and helpful in my inquiry. She is really excellent on the phone. I wish I had her to make my sales calls. This company Seatcraft is 5star in all regards. We love the chairs and definitely recommend .
John Jasso did a great job today. Much appreciate. Quickly understood the issue and how to solve it.
They addressed my issue right a way. I was asked to send a picture of the part I found and within a day I got an email saying they were sending a replacement motor. I was asked when it arrived to notify them and a service man would be sent to install it. I'm looking forward to its arrival and a working recliner.
