John Jasso reached out after I had an issue with a couch that was delivered. He quickly diagnosed and recommended a replacement. The couch is great and I really like it, we had a small issue with the leg support when fully reclined. Given it was not something that could be repaired, he offered to have a new couch delivered asap. Thanks for the support!
Angela Allen was so knowledgeable about the product and helpful in my inquiry. She is really excellent on the phone. I wish I had her to make my sales calls. This company Seatcraft is 5star in all regards. We love the chairs and definitely recommend .

They addressed my issue right a way. I was asked to send a picture of the part I found and within a day I got an email saying they were sending a replacement motor. I was asked when it arrived to notify them and a service man would be sent to install it. I'm looking forward to its arrival and a working recliner.
We purchased the c9 configuration of the Grenada Niagara Black 7000 Leather with Power Recliners. First, let me say, the quality is awesome and the leather is soft but sturdy. The seats are supportive but very plush, lumbar support is excellent even while reclining. I was, of course, concerned since I couldn't try them before buying but that was quickly put to rest after sitting in the first one I assembled, far better than I imagined. I have thoroughly enjoyed my theater seating that I purchased from 4seating.com. However, one of my seats was coming undone at the seams and the one-year warranty had passed. I had purchased the extended warranty but that would actually not cover a tear at the seams. After speaking with Angela in Customer Service, she was so kind to send the photos of the tears to her manager and her manager agreed to replace my seats at no charge! Love my new recliner sofa. Unfortunately it arrived with a defective power switch but my rep John Jasso bent over backwards to get it replaced and fixed.
