Awesome customer service. John quickly responded and sent out replacement SoundShaker transducer.
Love my new recliner sofa. Unfortunately it arrived with a defective power switch but my rep John Jasso bent over backwards to get it replaced and fixed.
Setup a last minute order with John Jasso, the sales manager. They sent us our seating with a guaranteed delivery date and we got them just in time to our house welcome event. Seats look better than expected. We’re very happy and will highly recommend your company around.

Richard Valdez provided amazing service. We bought 4 seatcraft templar chairs - and then decided to get a 5th chair based on the quality and service and competitive price. They are easy to work with and he is very knowledgable, fair and patient. There were some minor issues that he resolved. I'd recommend them. Also, the showroom in San Antonio is worth the drive to check the items out.
