BUYER BEWARE! If you buy something, just hope it is in stock or you might never get it. I purchase several pieces and ordered the white glove service. They scratched and Ripped one of my Sofa's and I have NO POWER CORDS. I was quick to contact the service center but it took over an hr to get someone on the line. The Movers had already left and then they sent me a list of what I should have done, to include signing the receipt saying it was damaged and send pictures within 48 hrs. I have only had the 4 media chairs for 7 months and 3 of the chairs do not work. One of the chairs did not work when I 1st got them. It took over 6 weeks to get the 1st chair repaired. The 3 chairs have not been working for over 6 weeks and they still have not been repaired. Do not buy from 4 seating. The owner response to everyone but me. # of my chairs have not work in 3 1/2 months. Please also file complaint with the CA attoney general. I can be contact at email@redacted
They only refund you a fraction of what you paid if you are dissatisfied with their product in any way. Junk furniture and terrible customer service.
STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service and false advertising on time line and faulty product. I ordered a row of 2 chairs. I was told 2 weeks delivery. OK, you would think that's 2 weeks to get your home correct? nope! That is 2 weeks to get to the 3rd party shipper, JB Hunt. I ordered 2 sofas and when ordering, it was stated 2 in stock, shipping 7 - 10 days. I just got a very rude email stating my order will ship in 9 WEEKS!. I called and all they said is "oh, I forgot to add the shipping info in your order!!!!!" My only recourse was to cancel the order and wait for them to credit my card back OVER $5,000.00. DO not believe their advertising they LIE!!!!!
Be careful buying these when you can't try them out in person! They charge a 30% restocking fee plus shipping. We just received ours and they are very uncomfortable. It's like sitting on rocks and not bearable for our backs. When we tried to initiate the return (in original boxes and perfect condition) they said they would have to charge us a $1500 restocking fee!! I would not recommend them at all. I ordered seats worth 5800+ with white glove delivery on January 8th and they said it was shipped the same day.. It’s been almost a month and their delivery company has not contacted me regarding delivery. Their customer service company has no accountability regarding the same other than saying that delivery company will contact me. I'd rate this company in the negative if I could! Told them I wanted to cancel my order because it had been two weeks since I had ordered. They tried to charge me a re-stocking fee and the cost of the shipment. Turns out the shipping company lost my couch but I had a delivery appointment setup! Needless to say the delivery never happened and no one gave me the heads up that it was lost. Now I'm almost a month out from ordering and still no refund (its been over 10 business days).
