I would not recommend them at all. I ordered seats worth 5800+ with white glove delivery on January 8th and they said it was shipped the same day.. It’s been almost a month and their delivery company has not contacted me regarding delivery. Their customer service company has no accountability regarding the same other than saying that delivery company will contact me. I feel cheated by their sales guy (Zack) who has also washed off his hands and their delivery partners (RoadRunners, JB Hunt). They behave as if they do not hav... read more

I'd rate this company in the negative if I could! Told them I wanted to cancel my order because it had been two weeks since I had ordered. They tried to charge me a re-stocking fee and the cost of the shipment. Turns out the shipping company lost my couch but I had a delivery appointment setup! Needless to say the delivery never happened and no one gave me the heads up that it was lost. Now I'm almost a month out from ordering and still no refund (its been over 10 business days). I had purchased Seatcraft Anthem Home Theater Sectional for around $3,000 about 2 years ago; it’s been placed in a room that is rarely used as it is used for entertainment purposes only. Last month the central seat of the couch completely caved-in. It is disappointing that the couch that is supposed to be a high-end item is so poorly made. Order 200033931, Replacement Order 501953 The Love Seat Came Broken and they said they ordered replacement backs for it. I have talked with customer Service about 8 times and there has been constant delays and changing delivery dates, I never am able to talk to the previous customer Service Rep. I called the company when the sofa came with a hole in the side. Angela told me to accept the order and they would replace the part. I did so and discovered two days later when I called back for a status update that the replacement wouldn't come for another 3 months (this was after the original order took 4 months to arrive). Looks like 4seating has good reviews overall so I ordered 2 leather couches on May 9th with the understanding they would take 4 weeks to reach me. On June 5th I have not heard one word from 4seating so I called and spoke to Jessica. She stated the couches would be delivered July 1st which would be 7 weeks from the time I ordered. On June 29th, not a word from their no service department so I emailed Jessica who emailed me right back. I ordered a marquee for my home theater, and it arrived within the promised time frame, but unfortunately, although the marquee worked great, it was the wrong model & wrong color/finish. These things happen. I get that. How a company responds to a mistake is what sets them apart, in my opinion. First off, the model that I received was actually an upgrade to the one I ordered. OWNER CONTACT INFO Mr. Oscar Galvez. Cellphone: ***-***-**** Ordered a very nice leather sofa with all the bells and whistles on March 8th, shipping time was 6 weeks but I figured worth the wait. I called to confirm shipping on the estimated ship date, 4/19 and was told the ship date had been changed to JUNE 11th, WHAT?!! Extremely rude customer service from managers and employees. Bunch of liars during every single phone call. They say my orders have shipped and a few days later another person says it will ship in 3 weeks then 3 weeks later another person says its on back order for 2.5 months. Frustrating experience. Also my 2 credit cards were mis used by their employees at 2 different times.
