Setup a last minute order with John Jasso, the sales manager. They sent us our seating with a guaranteed delivery date and we got them just in time to our house welcome event. Seats look better than expected. We’re very happy and will highly recommend your company around.
Zack did great helping me get my equipment ordered and Angela did amazing at follow-up customer service.

Richard Valdez provided amazing service. We bought 4 seatcraft templar chairs - and then decided to get a 5th chair based on the quality and service and competitive price. They are easy to work with and he is very knowledgable, fair and patient. There were some minor issues that he resolved. I'd recommend them. Also, the showroom in San Antonio is worth the drive to check the items out.

Upon reading reviews/complaints of this company on the various websites, I found them to reinforce my own personal experience, I find this company sorely lacking in all aspects. Their products are shipped defective quite often. Receiving a replacement part for the defective part is a lengthy process taking up to six months or more. Emails are not always responded to.
