We purchased the Seatcraft Brown Leather 7000 Power Sofa and Loveseat in August 2021 from 4Seating.com. Recently one of the reclining seats stopped working. After debating how I wanted to do my media room a deciding finally in the look, style and budget, came the task of figuring it all out, oh and keeping it in budget. 4Seating had everything one could want, from style, colors and price ranges. I haven’t gotten my seating yet, but I called in for some questions about my order and the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable.
Received my order in a timely manner. One of the chairs arrived slightly damaged and Richard went above and beyond to make things right! The next time I am looking for awesome movie theater seating I will buy again from 4seating with complete confidence.
We bought two couches from 4Seating and had an issue with one of them. Angela did a fantastic job making things right! She communicated clearly and got back to me quickly about what they would do. They went above and beyond. The couches are nice looking and comfy. Highly recommend!
I ordered a seatcraft kodiak theater seat and for some reason the seat did not sit square. I contacted the company and they shipped me out a new chair within a couple of weeks. Amazing customer service! New chair is perfect.

Amazing customer service. I was really impressed with quality of leather and most importantly the customer service. Did lot of research before buying here next time I would simply close my eyes and buy a recliner from 4seating.
