We have a 4 seating sofa. Our dog chewed through some wires and the main motor has to be replaced. I called and and spoke to Richard about the problem. Ge was patient and knowledgeable and very kind with my many questions and concerns. He found the part I needed and ordered it for me and had it sent out.
