Zack, was so personable and professional. He could have sold me the whole store. He was able to answer all my questions and even went through and gave me pros and cons for to help me make a decision on which products I should purchase. I would recommend this company to any looking to step up their movie room.
I've had these seats for less than a year and I've had a few issues. But, I've had no problem getting someone on the line and getting it taken care of.

I contacted 4Seating in November 2023 and spoke with Zack. He helped me navigate the website and to narrow down exactly what I wanted. I wasn't ready to move on the order at that time. Zack kept in touch with no pressure, just making me aware of sales, and I've finally placed my order today.
I ordered 6 diamante chairs with sound shaker equipment from Joseph. Everything arrived sooner than expected and as viewed. They are very comfortable. I had an issue that was on my end due to me having sonos surround sound but hot with Megan and she got me fixed up she was great. Over all the experience was smooth sailing. Thank you guys.
Manny did a great job. Got me the replacement part I needed at no cost. I continue to enjoy my home theater sectional from 4Seating.com.
