The back massager stops working after one use. I called megan, and she was able to assist in just minutes. We love our love seat! It has brought a marriage of 22 years closer together. We now hold hands while watching T. V it's a beautiful thing. The quality of this sofa is a one, i am usually very skeptical of buying online but this was a very good buy! And they stand by their products without hesitation!
I have made 3 purchases from them and all have been great purchases with great quality Theater seating. Recently i did have one thing go wrong with the massage unit in one of the seat backs. Low and behold it was just out of warranty however Meagan Moore took it upon herself to speak with a manager and they are replacing the entire seat back at no charge. That is great customer service and standing behind their product. I highly recommend 4Seating great Product great customer Service before and after the sale.
Really impressed with both the product and the people behind it. We were looking for a dinette that wouldn’t clash with our RV’s mostly white leather interior, and this one fit in like it was always meant to be there. Everything showed up in perfect condition, very carefully packaged—no surprises, no damage, just smooth from the start. But what really made the experience stand out was the customer service. Real communication, quick responses, and they actually did what they said!
I purchased my chairs in 2015 and they’re still like brand new but the chairs start slowing down. Icalled fourseating.com and they walked me through repairing these chairs. We ordered new power cords at an amazing price and my chairs are like brand new.
These are great home movie theatre chairs…we’ve had them for a few years now…they’re undeniably comfortable, stylish, fun, made from quality materials…we love them, along with continued customer service that's both friendly and professional!!!

Our theater chairs are beautiful and super comfortable. One came damaged and Megan has been helpful in getting this fixed. I’ve already recommended 4Seating to friends.
After a year, we still LOVE the chairs. Had an issue with the switches for recline but Megan in customer service immediately sent out new ones and took amazing care of us. This is the second time buying from 4seating, and won't be the last!
I bought a sofa with reclining chairs from four seating in 2019. I recently had a problem with one of the chairs. I called customer service. Megan was my representative and she was awesome. She walked me through some troubleshooting tips even sent a video for me to see I couldn't be happier. Would certainly recommend this company and their service department.
