We got two rows of five seats each with rumble and they are fantastic and comfortable. We got manual leg extension rather than electric because we had electric before and didn't like the speed. We had two small issues with the chairs which were fixed immediately. A power supply got lost in shipping and a small handle cracked. Both were replaced immediately upon contacting support. When we're done with these seats there's only one option we'll consider for replacement.
We've had two minor issues with our chairs and 4seating has stepped up and stood behind their product. Their customer service is the best. They were super friendly and helpful in answering my questions and were extremely timely in making things right. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family looking for media furniture.
I recently purchased a chair that included the Soundshaker system. For the life of me I couldn't get it to work but when I called I spoke to a wonderful gentlemen named Richard. He was able to diagnose my problem quickly and explain clearly how to fix the problem. Thank you so much!
In 2016, I purchased from 4SEATING.COM, seating for a home theatre. I haven't even received my order yet... it is 10-12 weeks out. BUT, the customer service has been unparalleled. The reason I chose to go through 4seating.com is because of the customer service reviews... And it has held true!!!! Joseph has been dealing with my indecisiveness for a week and was so very patient and professional. He's a KEEPER! We had a chair delivered, it had some small mold spots. Not sure why, but the customer service team stepped up and went above and beyond to make it right for us! We ordered four tiered movie seats from 4seating. Three of the four chairs wound up being damaged by the third-party shipping company, (clear box cutter slices in the arms of the chairs). This was disappointing because not only do we pay $400 for white glove delivery and assembly, we now have to wait 12 weeks for replacement since the seats are custom.
