Far and few between do businesses offer this level of service. I feel like I picked a great product and it was the icing on the cake to purchase with Zach. He was knowledgeable and feel as if he advocated for me to get what fit my exact needs,
Just now placed the order, so haven’t received the product just yet, BUT Alex was very patient, accommodating and pleasant throughout the order process. I pretty much had my mind made up as to the items I wanted, but Alex was helpful with my final questions and followed up by email very quickly with add’l info and a quote. Hopefully the products will also exceed my expectations!

Wow, I had a bad led cupholder and when I called it to get it warranty replaced, not only was the new part shipped out the next day, I also received a YouTube video and full explanations by my rep, Megan. Keep treating your people right and you can tell these people love working at 4seating.
