I had a chair defect. I contacted customer support, I sent pictures and video's . Within 24 hours a new chair was sent out to replace the defected chair . 4seating.com warranty program is hassle free, simple and easy to use. Most recliners last me one and a half to 2 years. I've had this for over 3 years and doesn't show any wear the seat hasn't broken down like all the others I've had the past 30 years

Our new Seatcraft chairs are even nicer than we hoped. Great looking and sooooo comfortable they are perfect for our new theater. I was nervous about ordering online, but Bob was super helpful and knowledgeable and made it all easy for me.
