My husband & I ordered 3 pieces of furniture, they arrived & were set up. My husband realized all 3 had different colored Cup Holders afterwards I called & spoke to Manny yesterday, he started the replacement order for our Love Seat. Today Megan followed up with a phone call, clarifying what we wanted to replace, she double checked the amount needed & placed the order. Gone are the days where you can walk in to a local store and test something out that you want to purchase. I find myself hip with the times and down with technology, but I still love the opportunity to touch and see something before buying. Buying a high dollar item like theatre seating especially. I have 2 sofas from them and they are both wonderful. I had to order a new back rest today (due to puppy damage lol) and the girl who helped me with it was awesome! Just great customer service, took care of everything I needed and gave me all the details of my order. She even got me a great deal on the new back rest piece! Far and few between do businesses offer this level of service. I feel like I picked a great product and it was the icing on the cake to purchase with Zach. He was knowledgeable and feel as if he advocated for me to get what fit my exact needs,
Just now placed the order, so haven’t received the product just yet, BUT Alex was very patient, accommodating and pleasant throughout the order process. I pretty much had my mind made up as to the items I wanted, but Alex was helpful with my final questions and followed up by email very quickly with add’l info and a quote. Hopefully the products will also exceed my expectations!

Wow, I had a bad led cupholder and when I called it to get it warranty replaced, not only was the new part shipped out the next day, I also received a YouTube video and full explanations by my rep, Megan. Keep treating your people right and you can tell these people love working at 4seating.
