I ordered 6 diamante chairs with sound shaker equipment from Joseph. Everything arrived sooner than expected and as viewed. They are very comfortable. I had an issue that was on my end due to me having sonos surround sound but hot with Megan and she got me fixed up she was great. Over all the experience was smooth sailing. Thank you guys.

Ordered my sofa direct from 4seating. Communication and service was exceptional. The Shipper XPO not so much, had major issue with them. When I did get my sofa, we had a little issue, and after emailing 4seating, Megan responded quickly and had our issue resolved in less than a week! It was Fantastic! Megan exceeds expectation at customer service and 4seating is excellent as a company. 5 Stars!!

Even though I bought 8 recliners of Seatcraft Diamante from Amazon, 4seating.com provides the customer service for Seacraft. One malfunctioning recliner was easily replaced once the video for the malfunctioning recliner was sent to 4seating.com. Excellent customer service. Nobody should worry about any quality issue for Seatcraft products. The company makes sure that its customers are happy with the quality of its products.

My husband & I ordered 3 pieces of furniture, they arrived & were set up. My husband realized all 3 had different colored Cup Holders afterwards I called & spoke to Manny yesterday, he started the replacement order for our Love Seat.
