I was a bit flustered but after stumbling across the rating i guess i shouldn't be. The management and staff at arium cumberland are the worst took my money twice knowing they didnt want me to move in the management was beyond ride and nasty staff avoids you when calling. Of they speak to you about a company called liberty don't do it! This company was the worst company i visited on my search!
The Club at Arium are a money driven propertry, they are not in the interest of the tenant. No maintenance follow up, no deposit is ever returned. The man girl Ken charges for damages that are not valid. Breakins, are regular, the gate is broken pools and gym not open ever.
Jay who is maintenance came into my apt took pictures without my consent. And stated I had undergarments all over my bathroom floor admitted to being racist. Asia have the nerve to email me about telling him off for taking photos in my apt. He basically told me I can do what ever I want and he is right he can. Now do something about the drug dealers Standing out everyday watching being noisy, selling.
This place is one of the worst apartment in the SE. Please be aware of maintance staff entering your home and you get robbed few days after you find them in your house. on Christmas at least 5-10 robbery. management is terrible and corupted. if you want to get robbed and your credit slander while they are violating all your rights because the owner is old money from WPB who he thinks he runs the state of florida and can break laws and federal laws! don't rent here you will be making the worst mistake of your life. the apartm... read more
This is in regards to the Peninsula at Buckhead. I recently transferred from one unit to another. When I went to spend the first night in the new unit, I discovered it was infested with roaches (I estimate I killed about 50 in the few minutes I was there). I couldn't stay there so I went and stayed in a hotel while trying to get in touch with management. This giant umbrellas corporation has properties all over, but my problems are with the one in Palm Harbor Florida. We have rented there for 2 and 1/2 years. They are the most unresponsive management team I've ever seen. Worst company ever! Stay away. Arium surfside Ponte Vedra beach has the most arrogant, unresponsive and uncooperative management staff in the business. I have left a dozen messages for Elizabeth the manager over the last 3 weeks and she has not returned 1 phone call or email.
