This is the worse apartment complex I have ever lived in. My apartment has flooded four times with property damage. I have one complaint after another and have been to the office several times with little to nothing done. After complaining several times someone in the office told me they would replace my carpet due to the constant wetness but I would have to move my things out of the way or I would be charged. At 8:30 am I showed maintenance where the sewer line had clogged up and was not functioning and told him a plumber was needed, said will talk to supervisor. Call office st 1pm and they said plumber will be here within 2 hours, plumber was not called. Called office a 9am Tues and they said did not know about the incident. Someone is lying. They said will call me back today. Unbelievable
Run away from this place!!!!! Roaches also live in this units. Management is bad. Never answer phones. Playing all kind of games with my deposit. Trash is always full. Its been a month in my new unit and they still cant get me a mail box key. Renting me a car port that someone else owns and expects me to pay for it. Someone needs to investigate this place for bad practices.
After many ignored phone calls and messages left on their answering machine, I was finally able to speak with an employee in person at the office. They misled us in canceling our lease and it has cost us around $2,000. 2 months after we moved, someone called and asked us to renew. I told them that we moved out and they had no clue. The *** of this company, ******* Carroll, threatened to come to my house and assault me. He also sent vulgar messages through his personal Instagram account and told me to kill myself. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
We contacted ****** Ranch Apartment at ************************************************** for pricing and availability. We were told a unit was available at $1,285 for 802 sq ft. To make sure, we called again and got the same pricing information; we scheduled a tour the same day. During the tour, we were told the unit was actually $1,550 but they had another unit available at $1,385 for 665 sq ft which was confirmed via their website. Most crooked, double standard and untrustworthy agency I experienced in my life. They took me in saying that even though PODS were not permitted in the facility, they would allow it. When I moved out, the same lady told me I could not have PODS and all of the sudden NOW the rules apply when before, because they wanted me as a customer, they had no problem. AB This apartment complex know as ************************ has been taken over by Arium. This new company is the worst of the worst. I have lived at this complex for over 5 years. Its has been over a year and we have no mail boxes. They are charging people for water and double the price to cover the outstanding **** left by the previous owners. The office manager make excuses about loss mail and they are rude . Rent was raised $300. I was previously took it would only be $100. The office staff horrible. Rude
Saturday, February 19th my apartment was flooded due to a pipe bursting in the upstairs apartment. From my understanding, the pipe bursting was no fault of the upstairs neighbors, but a plumbing issue on behalf of the apartment complex. Due to the amount of overflowing water in their apartment, it poured into my apartment.
