Service has never been anything to write home about. But the food is just as good as what I remember in KC, the original locations.

We've been here several times. We like to come for lunch or other less busy times. We were seated quickly and comfortably. Our server was prompt and food arrived quickly. We had burgers that were fabulous! Wonderful presentation and cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed them.

What a waste of money. Ordered steak and shrimp, the baked beans, coleslaw, gringo dip and kids burger. The medium requested steak was raw, not rare, raw and had had zero seasoning. I'll never understand why restaurants don't season their food. Just lazy I suppose. The coleslaw went straight in the trash after one bite it was so salty. Two stars for the nicely cooked shrimp and the tasty gringo dip. Never going back here.

Food last year was great. Food six months ago super. Ordered same salad and steak as before. Absolutely disappointed. Salad was half the size and chopped up very small. Very little fresh lettuce. Steak was over cooked and did not taste very good at all. Won't be back here. Service was great. Everything was clean

ZERO STARS, horrible experience! Will NOT be back! We walked in and there were 3 people standing at the host stand, not one of them greeted us or even made eye contact. They stood there talking amongst themselves and looking at the desk while we stood directly in front of it for 3 minutes. Finally one of them grabbed menus and started walking. Love this place. Sit in the bar area, order a cocktail and watch a game! Such a great local spot, like a Cheers bar. The staff is friendly and engaging and their food is yummy. Sit with Ashley and Dee at the bar or sit with Justin or Matt at the bar side tables. If your jam is the dining room, ask for Gracie. We are at this place 2-3 a week for dinner or happy hour and it's always fun! Awesome drinks with awesome friends in an awesome venue with an awesome staff, all coming together to share each others awesomeness!

We were in search of a good burger today. Happy to find that they had an American burger that included everything you could think of including bacon and a fried egg. It was well cooked excellent presentation. We enjoyed it and will be back.

My waitress Zee was incredibly attentive and kind. I had an amazing dining experience and am planning on coming back again simply because the service was so good. The food was also amazing and the cleanliness was good. It's rare you have such kind and attentive waitress. 10/10 service would recommend. The rattlesnake pasta was amazing but on the spicy side!

Unfortunately this isn't going to be one of my happier posts. I brought my Dad here for Father's Day and it was super disappointing. When his plate came out everything was cold. Not lukewarm or slightly dry, completely cold. The chicken fried steak itself was dry and super rubbery. Our server was very nice and she said she'd fix it right away and went to go replace the sides.
