why is it if you order from the kids menu and you don't make any modifications you're not allowed to get the dessert as an adult.

when you call there is zero way to get to speak to an actual person. the automation just hangs up on you unless you use the email or website. unacceptable

Great customer service!!!!! Great food! Great beer selections! Spacious inside! Great fire place where I was so warm. We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. My son ordered a full spear ribs. It was huge! I had a hamburger with egg on top. It was perfectly cooked. They do have so many great selections for kids menu if you are not so hungry. Most of their food potions come in big plates. This place is so much fun to come on Monday football night!

I got no water when they brought it out for everybody then they messed up my order which was just a burger and we had 3 different waiters because they kept leaving

5 Years later this is my go-to place for a drink and a bite to eat. Beer is the coldest in town and unbelievable prices on appetizers during happy hour. Got to know some of the staff and they are super friendly. We try new places on occasion, but always come back to 54th.

I fear that I will be removing 54 from my list of tried and trues. Two weeks ago my son and I dined on the patio because the weather was beautiful but the service was so bad. It wasn't very busy yet we barely saw our server, and she served us table water in a broken glass bottle with a chunk out of the top. My son ordered a steak medium and it was bloody. Service has never been anything to write home about. But the food is just as good as what I remember in KC, the original locations.

We've been here several times. We like to come for lunch or other less busy times. We were seated quickly and comfortably. Our server was prompt and food arrived quickly. We had burgers that were fabulous! Wonderful presentation and cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed them.

What a waste of money. Ordered steak and shrimp, the baked beans, coleslaw, gringo dip and kids burger. The medium requested steak was raw, not rare, raw and had had zero seasoning. I'll never understand why restaurants don't season their food. Just lazy I suppose. The coleslaw went straight in the trash after one bite it was so salty. Two stars for the nicely cooked shrimp and the tasty gringo dip. Never going back here.
