We stopped in here on a whim to avoid an incoming storm. It was unbelievably clean! Food was great. Friendly waitress.
We go to 54th street at least once per week and most Sundays during football season. 54th street is a sports bar yet you dropped the NFL package so now we cant watch our NFL team. Now we will end up at Chilis. Why would you drop it?

We usually go to the 54 in Irving but it shut down...We have been to the Euless store a couple times and was good....I decide to take my Daughter and Son in Law out for their Anniversary.. The whole expierience was TERRIBLE....Daughters meal came ou 2 times wrong, my Wifes Chicken Fried Steak was so tough you couldn't eat and waited 10 mIns for a Beer that got to the Table Warm from sitting waiting to be picked up....I was so dissapointed.. Went in today to have dinner and ordered what we usually do. Spouse ordered the French dip which is always great. The sandwich this time came out cold so sent it back to get a hot one 25 mins goes by no server in sight her name was Allison and no refills on our drinks the whole time. Use to come here a lot but no more. New management dude is horrible. Cold sandwich and 0 stars server has changed my mind. They have attitude when they messed up the order and make you wait forever. They could care less but never coming back. Lost us as customers.

Despite what the menu and website says, you do NOT get mashed potatoes automatically with the Chicken Fried Chicken. Surprise! You have to ask for it. In fact, expect the unexpectedly bad experience when you come here. Service is horrible. Food is bland.

This post is about the coffee... but first, let me give credit where it's due. Emma, our server, was amazing calm, kind, and handled everything like a pro. The kitchen staff also did their thing my salmon and Caesar salad were both spot on. Now... about the coffee. We came back. Our second time coming and it was not great. We ordered the same food we had last time and it was very different. It was very busy when we went so that might have been why it wasn't as good. Seems to be a hit or miss here. Service: we had an older lady and she was very sweet and funny.
