Have been to the Frisco location with no problems. Decided to try McKinney tonight. One of the worst meals ever. Ordered the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and slaw. The meat was pure gristle. Not a single bite was not gristly. The slaw was just plain weird. Had some strange little cube things in it. They first brought out Mac and cheese instead of potatoes. This restaurant needs to get their stuff together. My family ate here tonight and will probably go to the Frisco location from now on. We asked the hostess if we could sit in the booth we passed instead of the table they walked us to. She told us "no, because the server was already given two tables in a row". We sat at the table and almost immediately afterwards the booth was seated with another party. The server wasn't rude, but she definitely wasn't friendly by any means. Beer was cold, like the fries that came with my Prime Rib French Dip. The sandwich was pretty good, and came out "pink" like the bartender advertised. The au jus was brown water with a hint of beef flavor. Overall a pretty pedestrian experience. I feel like this place could be a lot better if they just paid closer attention before they sent the food out. Bar staff was good. Bartender asked me how it was and I gave her the feedback. She bought my beer. Not a bad save.

Have ordered delivery a few times and didn't have any major issues. We decided to dine in a few weeks ago and both ordered the smash burgers. Both my kiddo's and mine came out completely raw and it took 20+ minutes to get a server to come back to tell. Ended up paying (no discount given) and leaving with food poisoning.

Although I feel like this place is overpriced, you get a big serving for whatever you order. I would recommended the spinach dip and the waffle fries. The wings are pretty good as well, and they have a good ranch! Strawberry lemonade is also recommended as well. Our waiter this day was particularly amazing, I can't remember his name but great service.

We love 54th Street. We usually go once a week and we sit in the bar every time. The food is good, the service is always great, but someone please tell me why they consistently let the 9 year old baseball teams come in and sit in the bar area? We were having a lovely time, and in our party of five we were spending a good bit on food and alcohol. And then the baseball team came in. They took up five tables and were so loud we could not hear each other at our own table. Kids do not belong in the bar. Period.

Parents took us 4 to eat at this place for my birthday, we all got sick and knew the food tasted different and thought because they changed the menu, what we usually get didn't taste the same . Parents paid 85 dollars and we said never again, so they insult us by giving us a $20 gift card to come back lol, what a joke, we won't be going back anyways, i think they need this money more than we do. I spent a wonderful birthday that whole night puking my guts out, so did my parents and husband. thanks 54th street lol great gift!

Service was good. Food was good. Cold beer makes it better. I usually sit at the bar where there is usually a spot available. The staff was attentive and patient.
