Ok...we went again...we had been 4 months ago...I was truly hoping that they had just been having an off night. NOPE! Apparently service just straight out is nonexistent here. Our group was seated only after I said our party is here can we please be seated. Ok, yay! We were at the table with menus and silverware...but 2 sets short. We looked over the menu and waited. I ordered my food online and just got back home with my order. I opened the basket with the wrappers and apparently someone has taken several bites from my food and placed it on my to go order. My main meal looks fine but what a shame and disgusting to have half eaten food in my order!?!
Excellent service from our waitress Audrey. She was the most polite waitress I had ever had and she was prompt and extremely courteous while I had lunch. I had a Reuben that was really good at first, but as I finished it i realized the meat was a little dry and not particularly exceptional. The onion rings were better than average, they had a nice batter on them, and the fries were tasty too. Have been to the Frisco location with no problems. Decided to try McKinney tonight. One of the worst meals ever. Ordered the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and slaw. The meat was pure gristle. Not a single bite was not gristly. The slaw was just plain weird. Had some strange little cube things in it. They first brought out Mac and cheese instead of potatoes.
