Great service! Good food! Wan't was I wanted from a Char Grilled burger joint! There was NO Char Grilled flavor on the burger! That is the standard for me! Good food, but not as advertized! A good Char Grilled burger still aludes me here in North Dallas! Help!!!
Finally tried this place. Would be 2 stars but the bartenders were nice and efficient. Don't usually go to chains but this place seemed cool to grab a beer. Very high prices on drinks. I'm the guy that can't tell you the price of groceries, a case of Coke because I just pay the bill. But I do know what's Uptown prices are for beer and cocktails. I was here at happy hour. My husband and I ordered the dinner for 2. Tater kegs, chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, baked beans, asparagus, and creme brûlée cheesecake was what we got. Our son got the chicken strips with fries and my step daughter got a kids pasta with Alfredo sauce. Everything was absolutely delicious. Had a little wait, but it IS Saturday evening. Our wait staff was very attentive. My only complaint was that they didn't have a "draft beer list". I was told to scan the QR code, heck, I'm an old guy, I don't play that crap!!! I finally downloaded a reader and ordered my second beer. The food was outstanding. I had the rattlesnake pasta and chowed down, but only got about 3/4 of it eaten. All 4 party members had different entrees and all were pleasantly surprised!!! A great evening had by all!!
Food was just so-so bar food. Nothing special. Strike 1. The title says "draft house". You would think the waitress could rattle off the local beers on tap! Nope. Strike 2. Several local breweries within 5 miles - none on tap. Strike 3, I'm out. DRINK LOCAL!
This is the second time i've been to 54th street, after having a horrible experience with the one in Frisco. First of all the waiter barely checked on us and I saw him tend to all his other tables way more than us. He was getting them refills, asking how their food was, and just checking if they needed anything. My family and I really like this place! Food has always been great! Even when ordering togo! Once we ordered thru their app and a member of Door Dash (we think) delivered our food. I wished I'd taken pic. We ordered CFStk mashed taters w/veggies, I know exciting but was good. CFChx dbl mash. Both were great! Bacon cheeseburger w/pretzel bun ( what the hell is that taste like?!) I would like to start off by saying this place is normally great and the staff is amazing. But today I witnessed the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen management do. There was this extremely rude customer (bald black man) that was literally yelling and cursing at the server (white guy with brown hair and a beard) and instead of kicking out the rude customer, management literally paid for his meal. Do you like Applebees? If so this place is for you! Hostess with blonde hair needs customer service training. Food is not good, must all be frozen and reheated.. Worst burgers ever, no flavor.
