The ambiance here is definitely inviting--there's quirky art and decor everywhere, making it fun to look around as soon as you walk in. The staff was really friendly and attentive, but I have to admit, I wasn't a fan of my experience overall. We started with the cheddar biscuits, which were $2 each. They were big and fluffy, but a bit dry and not quite worth the price in my opinion. Definitely not the buttery goodness I expected, like Red Lobster's. We also tried the "Fry Me Some Cheese" appetizer. It was okay, but I thought... read more
The food is truly tasty! My husband and I both had the chicken fried chicken and our friend had a pasta dish. These are the lunch portions....but for us it will be lunch and dinner. I had the mashed potatoes and grilled veggies and my husband had the grilled asparagus and Brussels sprouts. Comes with a huge cheddar bay biscuit. The host was helpful getting us situated, which can be challenging. Our waitress, Dakota, was pleasant and friendly. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean.
So... with all the dirty high tops in the bar area, I found a rag to clean my own table, get my own menu, and watch 6 servers standing around talking. One server only took care of one table, thinking those were his friends. Two gals were having some discussion after picking up one glass from a table. We were not the only table waiting for service or a clean table. Waited 20 minutes without anyone coming to our table. Don't go here if you want quick service.... Or a clean table... or courtesy.
Service could be improved. I ordered my food. The soup and the main dish came together after a long wait. My waiter took my order, someone else brought the food, and my waiter checked if I need anything after I was done with my food. At that time I only needed the check. The food tasted really good. The service needs improvement.
This was a fun place to watch a game. We ordered the grilled fish tacos and Tator Kegs. The fish was clearly not grilled. It was microwaved and cold, the tortillas were soggy. The Tator Kegs were pretty good but not great... strange texture. Go for the beer.

I am very sorry we did not live up to the standards that you have come to expect. I would love to talk to you further in detail regarding your past visit as well. If you would like to leave a comment on the 54th street website, I would be more than happy to make sure we get these issues resolved.
Probably worst service non service encountered at a restaurant. Waiters lazy and entitled.
Horribly slow service. This is the 3rd and last time that we have had this experience. 15 minute wait for drinks is a bit too much.
this was my first time here, and i honestly thought it was going to be good because they had a full house for a friday night. spoiler alert: we were wrong so they sat us down and it took a hot minute for the server to come. we ordered all of our food, and then took a sip of the water. it tasted foul. it had a super metal-y taste and we were so thirsty we just shot the water down. i ordered the cherry cream soda, and when i received it, i thought it was weird that it had a yellowish color. usually artificial cherry products a... read more
What can you say, it's a big pub chain. Nothing horrible, nothing to write home about. Great place to go with the sports teams after tournaments . Lots of TV screens to watch games. The burger is fine, the prime rib sandwich is fine, the club sandwich is fine.
