Waited for over an hour. Never going back. Poor service ,terrible management.
We had a party of 5., three had salads. They brought one and had to ask for o er 1.5 hours to get the other two. All meals were cold, steaks and seafood, one was totally wrong. Will never go back!!

We waited 3 hours, even though when we checked in the wait said an hour. Checked in at 5:50 and didn't get sat until 8:15. Then we waited another hr before our food arrived. Our food was cold. My husband's burger had sat so long that his egg on top was cold and stiff. The manager had an attitude the whole time while we explained and didn't offer anything to compensate our meals besides taking our drinks off and appetizer. I will say normally we love eating here when in st. Joe. but we had dinner there last night and now today all 3 of us are vomiting with diarrhea.

Our waitresses were RUDE! Informed by second waitress that no menus were available and we had to scan the menu. I informed the waitress that I didn't know how to scan, she acted like we were taking too much of her time. She walked away and never did show back up. We walked out and went to Cracker Barrel where we got the most delightful service and delicious food. Maybe 54th street servers need to take a course on customer service from Cracker Barrel!
We dont eat here very often because they are a little more pricey than other nearby Restaurant options, but when we are able its to treat ourselves to a nice meal. I was in with two friends a couple months ago and I ordered the Crab Cakes. When the food was brought to the table everything was fine, but my Crab Cakes were cold. I was with guests so I didnt say anything and just tried to eat them the best I could. Not long ago I stopped in for lunch by myself.
