Food was horribly bad and slow
Recommendedgringo dip & cheese = great burgers = great fries = wtf? at least serve them fresh, not cold and hard. cheesecake = could you serve slices any smaller, seriously, what a joke. 6/10, would consider maybe going back just to try different entrees.
We love 54th Street, both even worked for the company for many years. We have never had such terrible service; waited about 20 minutes for a table (not a big deal, we expected to wait) then were shown to a high-top table (we have a toddler and needed a booster, which we told the hostess when we got there...also we were holding the toddler, pretty obvious that a high-top is not appropriate). Our food took forever and then came out cold. Manager said he would remake all of our dinners. Second time quicker but some came out cold AGAIN. Told manager and he said he would see about getting us a discount??? On a bill over $90 he gave us a discount of $13 which we felt was an insult. We immediately left and told them we would never return. Pitiful.
Stake was under cooked potato had way too much butter an margarita wasn’t frozen just cold
Place was filthy, got none of my sides, steak was practically still mooing and waitress never came back until time to bring the check and she was literally still walking away as she put it down. Had to ask as she was already steps away for refills and a box to take my steak home to cook it so I could eat it. Worse service ever. Yes it was late but we asked before being seated and were told the kitchen was still open and it was not to late too order. Just wasn’t a good experience, everything was wrong, and waitress was rude when ask about things missing and wrong. 54th street is a great restaurant but not this one.
It’s amazing the consistency this place has. Of f@&king $h!t up!!! Been going on a few years now and I am surprised it is still in business ��.
The food and drinks were ok, when we finally got them. My center cut baby back ribs were so tough I figured they came from an old one. Our waiter, Kyle was way too busy talking to the women in and out of his area. It would take a lot for me to go back for a while.
