Service was SLOW. Food was not good at all. All of the employees seem to be working in slow motion. People waiting forever because tables were not getting cleaned off. Prices have really gone up and food portions have gone down. Used to be my favorite place to go, not anymore!
We were seated immediately upon arriving, but waited at least 15 minutes at our table only to be totally ignored. Plenty of employees serving everyone else. We got up and left. We will not be returning.
Went in for lunch yesterday, waiter was very slow and scatterbrained, they weren't even that busy. All the staff there working were to busy talking to a coworker who was there eating instead of paying attention to their other customers. My fiancee's Reuben was nothing like it should have been, overall it took over an hour and 20 minutes for a lunch that should have taken 45 minutes. If I could give ZERO stars I would! I absolutely love the menu at 54th Street! I haven’t been to the Saint Joseph location since May 2017. Today, I took my daughter out for dinner and thought, “Hey, 54 sounds great! I’ve been craving the Shrooms.” My daughter and I were promptly seated by the unfriendly hostesses. Heard a lot about this place first and last time ever waited 1 hr for a table. Waited another 35 for the food when we got to the table I ordered a strawberry daquri and a Dr pepper they bring drinks to everyone but those that got mixed drinks no water nothing. Over priced for a burger place with terrible service. We sat at our table for awhile before we were even asked for our drink order. When we asked if we could use two tables ( for 6 people) an apologetic no would have sufficed, instead I was made to feel bad for asking and then told no Incase they needed the table for someone else DONT get the nachos!!! Food came out cold today, not good as usual. Pretzel zeppelin was good. Server was great.
We go there a lot. Last night my husband and I had two different things but both had peppers on it. Not sure what I️t was but we both were up all night with diarrhea and puking �. Hopefully I️t wasn’t anything from there.
