my burger wasn't even cooked. I can handle pink but this was raw
Took us 10 minutes to get drinks, then they didn’t have shrooms, then they, then they lost our order and it ended up as a curbside order somehow, and we ended not getting our food for an hour. And they did was comp the shrooms.
Waited over an hour after our estimated done time. I saw many cars coming and going so we checked on our order and they said it would be out soon. After it had been 30 minutes after checking they finally brought it out but it was cold so you could tell it had been sitting there but no one payed attention to it. Saw two cars drive off without food and one car that had been there before us still not have their food by the time we drove off. I understand places get busy but that was ridiculous.
carryout took 40 past expected pickup time. tried to call, busy phone for an hour.
really disappointed! I have eaten at 54th Street in San Antonio TX a number of times. The service here was very slow. My entire meal came out wrong and then came out in pieces. When the steak finally came back out made correctly they brought out all the sides again. A major waste of food!

54th Street has been my wife and I's favorite place to dine in St. Joe for about 4 years. But my wife received no points on her app the last 3 times we went. She sent a message via the app but never heard from anyone so she removed it from her phone. Earlier this evening we went to eat there about 3 pm. It was not busy at all, but it took forever to get our food and when it got there, it was luke-warm, at best. The waitress was very friendly but brought the wrong food and it was cold. And brought us Pacante sauce for our shrimp 🍤 in stead of cocktail sauce. 😠
