I work in food so I get everyone is short handed. But tonight was the worst experience I have had in years. We were seated pretty quickly, the server came and took our order and brought our drinks to the table. We waited 35mins and asked the server if it would be much longer she went and checked said our would be the next to come out of the kitchen. steak was rubber. they said you ordered well done bit replaced rudley ff cold took 30 min. fort new ones i got steak first lol. terrible never go again ever

I wouldn’t recommend eating here they didn’t even have any kind of steaks in to cook, I don’t understand how your going to be out of food at lunch rush what are you going to tell guest all night for dinner rush poor management on there part

Normallly my favorite place to eat in edwardsville definitely not tonight. We knew that there would be a wait being 6:30 at night but went anyway, they said it would be a 45 minute wait. Waited an hr and watched multiple groups go in to get tables that arrived after we did and then go inside to see how much longer and they said it would be another 30 minutes! Worst experience I’ve had here.

not tdy.not sure what's happened up there tdy my order was fine chicken fettuccine. bf ordered tacos they brought chik.tacos,not what he ordered .so he sent it back took forever not happy.normally love 54th.

While I thank you for offering a free meal to Veterans, the last thing I wanted to do was sit at a restaurant after working a 12 hr day When I asked if I could just take the meal to go, I was told the I would have had to put in a 40 dollar order just to get the 12 dollars off. Maybe next year, take off the stipulation.

Today was our first time eating at this restaurant. Our server Bettie was great! We ordered the prime rib French dip sandwich, the Havana Club sandwich and a hamburger. The meat was flavorful but it was cold on all three sandwiches. The dipping sauce was warm not hot. The bread took away from the sandwich and was not toasted. Fries were ok. All of our steak knives were dirty. I do not think I will be eating here again.
