Do you pass your transglutaminase ( known as meat glue) off as a sirloin or Ribeye steak? tonight we dined there for the first time. Never to return. Both of us got a sirloin. Mine was disgusting. I turned it over, low and behold big chunks, unnatural grain and a taste of moosh hit my tongue. my husband then cut a slice off his and the grains were going in different directions. I called lsst night to ask about putting some tables together next week for a large party to celebrate my son's 18th birthdsy. The person I spoke with was unprofessional and rude. We go to 54th alot...but we won't be back.

Horrible experience a week ago. Went out for a celebration with my son, husband and parents. Server took forever to take our order (it was a Thursday and plenty of open tables). My husband ordered a medium cooked fillet and the rest of us placed our orders. Awhile later our food was brought out and my husband cut into his steak. 54th street was always good. Havent been in awhile and decided to go last night with my mom. My mom's Cajun Mojito margarita tasted like sprite with a ton of sugar added, way too sweet. My house margarita was not amazing. And they were pretty expensive for margaritas. We split the super nachos and they were disgusting. 54th street Edwardsville probably one of the worst restaurants ever. Sorry thought we were in 2019 and didn’t judge people, guess I was wrong. Disgusted.

One of our favorite restaurants yet if you come to this locations with kids in tow, expect to be treated with less care. Very disappointed in today’s service.

My most recent experience from here happened over the weekend, and there was a misunderstanding between our server and my dad. As soon as we figured out what went wrong the server then gets upset and walks off for about 15 minutes. At this time half of my family members who were present were eating while the other family members who ordered appetizers were not.
