Dont go for your birthday dinner they cant accomodate 17 people.. really just lost 17 customers..went to El Maguay instead.. yes they CAN accomodate us..

I usually enjoy our dinners here......but tonight was a real disappointment. Our burgers arrived with cold fries.....and my turkey burger was burned and inedible. They brought more fries.....sorta warm. Took awhile to get a second burger......and while it was cooked correctly, they put the sauce on that I specifically asked Not to have on it. It will be quite awhile before I think about going back!

Is the Southwest Chicken wrap not supposed to have chicken in it? I was expecting some protein and it was only lettuce, tortilla strips, and peppers (a few bacon bits too..).

Fries were redropped. Burger was dry and tasteless. It's 10pm and the 3 tables around us have 10 children under 12. This place sucks.
Management was not very patron friendly we were there with a birthday party group of 16 and they put us at three around four top tables. 4 of us sat in a table crack )( . We ask for them to add a open table manager told us no they are on a wait. So 20 minutes later they put 2 at the open table. He sorry we need the table. Go next door Texas Road House will take better care of you than this place.
Omg I come her all the time I waited 45 mins to sit n then 20 mins for drinks plus 15 mins for wrong food n all they can say it's Friday wow wtf happened to customer service I'm disappointed n won't be back the so called manager that was a mixed grill said she was said it's Friday we r busy no I just waited 45 min to sit wow done with this place
The food was good. Our server(not real good with names) was grrreat!
Adult beverages are good....food, not so much. Gave the place a second try...the food was far worse than the first time. Pretty certain we will not be back to eat here!
We waited 30 minutes for a table, which was fine, but when we got our food, the loaded baked potato was not loaded, and was cold. Our steak had so much fat and grissle that it wasn't even half a steak, and it was $21 dallors for that steak . We will not be back.
