We started using your company probably a couple of years ago at Cetera, however there have been several issues that have come about. Calls seem to drop daily, sometimes people cannot hear us, it is frustrating because our line sometimes shows up as coming from a different location and not" Cetera". Overall customer service has been okay when i have called but there needs to be some upgrades on the platform.

I like how we can use different features. The web access for the person to make changes can sometimes be a little hard to navigate through.
